§ 2.36.330. Resignation notice.

Employees wishing to resign in good standing shall give written notice not less than two weeks before such resignation shall be effective. Failure to give such notice may result in forfeiting all fringe benefits. Unauthorized absence of an employee for three consecutive work days may be considered by the department as a resignation of such employee. An employee who resigns shall forfeit eligibility for future city employment.
