§ 17.28.080. Noncomplying building deemed nuisance and removal authorized when.

Any building moved in violation of this chapter or any building not completed in accordance with the council's order as provided in Section 17.28.060 shall be deemed a public nuisance and subject to removal by the city at the expense of the owner therof.
