§ 17.28.090. Violation-Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of Sections 17.28.020 through 17.28.080 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
