§ 17.28.070. Inspection to insure compliance with regulations prerequisite to occupancy.

No building moved in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be occupied or used in any manner by any person, thing or corporation until such time as all provisions in the city council's order have been complied with and a final inspection made and approval granted by the building inspector of the city.
