§ 17.08.020. Application—Detailed statement or plans required.

Any person desiring a permit required by Section 17.08.010 shall make application to the city engineer on forms to be furnished by the city clerk. The application shall be accompanied by the detailed statement in writing or the plans required by Section 17.08.030.
