§ 17.08.030. Detailed statement or plans—Submittal required before commencement of work-Contents.

It is unlawful for any person to commence or continue the construction, erection, alteration, enlargement, raising or remodeling of any building or any part of any building or any building within the limits of the city engineer, at his office, a detailed statement in writing, or when plans are made a full set of the plans of such proposed work, together with a plat or other showing as to the name and residence (street and number) of the owner of the building, and having had the same approved by the city engineer.
