§ 11.08.040. Airport facilities—Rules and regulations applicable—Posting required.

The use of the airport and its facilities shall be governed by rules and regulations adopted by resolution of the city council and such rules and regulations may be, from time to time, amended by resolution of the city council. Such rules and regulations, upon adoption, shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the administration building and punishment for violations thereof shall be as provided in Section 11.08.160.
