§ 11.08.020. Declaration of policy.

It is declared to be in the interests of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the city and of the county and in the best interests of the economy of the Fallon-Churchill County community that the municipal airport be strictly governed by the city and that all commercial facilities thereon be regulated by the city through the granting of leases to qualified lessees.
