§ 11.08.160. Violation—Penalty—Additional remedy.

A.

Any violation of the provisions of Title 11 may subject the operator of the aircraft or the lessee involved in the infraction to denial of the use of the airport.

B.

Any person violating the provisions of Title 11 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the city jail for a term not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
