§ 11.08.010. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
A.

"Airport" means the Fallon Municipal Airport.

B.

"City" means the city of Fallon, Nevada.

C.

"Council" means the city council of Fallon.

D.

"Lessee" means qualified lessees of commercial airport facilities at the municipal airport.

E.

"Lessor" means the city acting in its proprietary capacity with respect to the airport.

F.

"Manager" means the duly appointed, qualified and acting manager of the municipal airport appointed by the city council.

G.

"Regulation" means all regulations propounded by the Federal Aviation Agency, or other governmental authorities governing the flight of aircraft.
