§ 10.24.140. Parking—Preferential rights.

Whenever a space is vacant next to a curb, sufficient only for the parking of one vehicle, and any vehicle has stopped in the line of traffic for the purpose of backing into such space, such vehicle shall have the preferential right to such parking space over any following vehicle.
