§ 10.24.150. Parking—Brakes to be set, wheels turned to curb and engine stopped when vehicle left unattended.

  • No person having control or charge of a motor vehicle shall allow such vehicle to stand on any street or highway unattended without first effectively setting the brakes thereon and stopping the motor of such vehicle, and when standing upon any perceptible grade, without turning the front wheels of such vehicle to the curb of right-hand side of the high-way or street.
