§ 9.28.020. Disorderly conduct.

  • Any person willfully engaging in the following conduct in a public place is guilty of a misdemeanor:

    A.

    Fighting;

    B.

    Engaging in violent, tumultuous, threatening, rude or obnoxious behavior;

    C.

    Trespassing;

    D.

    Disturbing the peace;

    E.

    Loitering;

    F.

    Sleeping or loitering in or near public restroom facilities;

    G.

    Urination or defecation;

    H.

    Obstructing vehicular or pedestrian traffic on a street, alley, parking lot or sidewalk;

    I.

    Solicitation;

    J.

    Recklessly skating in the central business district, central business district being defined as Maine Street from "B" Street to Stillwater Avenue and Center Street from LaVerne Street to Broadway Street;

    K.

    Skateboarding upon any permanent property, including, without limitation, stages, gazebos, tennis courts, playground equipment, stairs, steps, handrails and fences; and

    L.

    Congregates with other persons in a public place and refuses to comply with a lawful order of the police to disperse.
