§ 8.16.160. Property to include abutting sidewalk and street.

The property of every person mentioned in this chapter shall, for the purposes of Sections 8.16.010 through 8.16.170, be considered as including, in addition to such land itself, the sidewalk bounding the same and the abutting street to the middle thereof, and to the middle of any and all alleys adjoining the same.
