§ 6.24.010. Liability for fees and charges.

The amount of any license fee, penalty, impounding fee or other charge under the provisions of this chapter and Chapters 6.08 through 6.20 constitutes a debt to the city. Any person liable for the payment thereof shall be liable in an action in the name of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction for the amount thereof, and also for court costs and attorney's fees.
