§ 5.44.030. License required.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in, maintain, pursue, conduct or carry on a wholesale business wherein any trucks, conveyances or vehicles are engaged in making wholesale deliveries within the city except as follows:
A.

Such person shall first have obtained a general business license by the city;

B.

Such person shall first have obtained a wholesale delivery license for such business by the city.
