§ 3.06.040. List of appraisers qualified to conduct appraisals of real property offered for sale or lease.

The list of certified general appraisers provided by name and address, which has been provided by the Nevada Division of Real Estate attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit "A," is hereby determined to be the initial list for such appraisers pursuant to the requirements of NRS 268.059(2).
