§ 3.06.030. Appraisal required—Qualifications and selection of appraisers—Disclosure statements—Interest of appraiser or related person in property or adjoining property prohibited.

The city hereby specially incorporates the provisions provided in NRS 268.059, concerning the appraisal requirements therein set forth, for the sale, or lease of certain real property owned by the city of Fallon.
