§ 2.36.370. Mayor's discretionary administrative power.

In the event a collective bargaining agreement is effected between the city and a recognized employee organization pursuant to NRS Chapter 288, and the benefits established in such an agreement are greater than, different from, or inconsistent with the benefits contained in F.M.C. Chapter 2.36, the mayor in his discretion, is authorized to admin-istratively adjust the benefits of exempt city employees not covered by such agreement to match or otherwise equit-ably adjust any such differences or inconsistencies.
