§ 20.16.030. Filing and distribution of copies for review.

  • A subdivider shall file with the planning commission three prints of any proposed tentative plat and a statement of application, at least fifteen days prior to the date of the meeting of the planning commission at which approval of the tentative map is requested. With each such tentative plat the subdivider shall also file a copy of the proposed restrictive covenants (if any) to apply with the land so tentatively platted. Within five days from date of filing, the planning commission shall transmit one print of the tentative plat and one copy of the proposed restrictive covenants to the city engineer and to any other public agency that may be affected by the proposed subdivision and such other person or agency as the commission may designate. Such person or departments shall have five days in which to review the referred tentative plats and proposed deed restrictions and shall report back to the planning commission not less than five days prior to their next regular meeting.
