§ 16.16.030. Certificate for equipment installation—Issuance prerequisities.

The certificate provided for in Section 16.16.020 shall be issued only after investigation and examination by the city engineer of each individual seeking such certificate; provided, nevertheless, that one having a valid license issued by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board of the state shall be deemed qualified without further investigation, examination or certification.
