§ 16.16.020. Equipment installation—Person doing work to be certified.

No person shall install or perform any labor in connection with the installation of any equipment or system for the storage, handling or use of any liquid petroleum gas within the city, except one experienced and competent in that work and who has been certified in writing to be such by the city engineer.
