§ 16.12.040. Exceptions from requirements of Sections 16.12.020 and 16.12.030.

The provisions of Sections 16.12.020 and 16.12.030 shall not apply to the storage of gasoline in facilities used by licensed wholesale dealers in petroleum products at locations approved by the city council.
