§ 16.12.030. Delivery to underground tanks—Restrictions.

Delivery of gasoline to underground tanks shall be governed by the following:
A.

No delivery shall be made by a truck and trailer having a combined capacity of more than two thousand gallons.

B.

Truck deliveries shall be confined to a truck having a tank capacity of not more than two thousand gallons.
