§ 14.04.040. Evidence for prosecution of violations designated in Section 14.04.030.

In any prosecution under Section 14.04.030, proof that any of the acts therein forbidden were done on or about premises occupied by the defendant, charged with the commission of such offense, or that he received the use or benefit of such water by reason of the commission of any such acts shall be prima facie evidence of the guilt of such defendant.
