§ 14.04.010. Bills

for water or sewer services.

All bills for water or sewer services, or both, shall be rendered monthly and jointly at established rate in advance or such bills may be rendered on a regularly established day of each month in which the service was rendered. Each bill shall show separately the amount of the sewer service charges and the amount of the bill for water.
