§ 13.28.030. Disposition of resolution at public hearing—Terms and restrictions—City council authority.

  • At the time fixed therefor, or at the time to which such hearing may then be adjourned, if it shall appear that proper notice thereof has been given as provided in the preceding section, the city council shall proceed to hear, consider and dispose of such application and proposed resolution; and, if the franchise, license, permit or authority be granted, the city council may impose such terms and restrictions in connection therewith as it may consider advisable for the benefit and protection of the public and city.
