§ 13.16.020. Snow, ice and rubbish—Removal required.

It is unlawful for any person owning, having charge or control of or occupying any property, building, lot, part of lot, land or real estate abutting on any street of the city to fail, refuse or neglect to remove, or cause to be removed, all ice or snow resulting from storm within twenty-four hours after the cessation of such storm from any and all wood or concrete sidewalks in front of or bounding the same, or to fail, refuse or neglect to at all times to keep such sidewalks, free and clear of earth, rubbish and all other substances, matter and growths whatsoever, except as specifically permitted in Section 13.16.010.
