§ 10.80.080. Failure to comply with notice of illegally parked vehicle.

If a violator of the restrictions on stopping, standing or parking vehicles imposed by this title and Chapter 8.04 does not appear in response to a notice affixed to such vehicle at the place and during the hours specified in the notice within five days from the date of the affixing of such notice, he shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this title and Chapter 8.04, regardless of the disposition of the charge for which the notice was affixed.
