§ 10.24.315. Resident only parking—Zones procedure.

In those residential districts Zone R-1, R-2 and R-C, or when an R-1, R-2 or R-C Zone is contiguous to any other non-residential district zone, or where there is a use within an R-1, R-2 or R-C Zone that is not residential in use such as public parks and recreation areas, public utilities, public or private schools and other public institutions, residents comprising at least 50% of the residents on the city street or block of a city street sought to be designated as "residents only parking" shall submit an application to the Fallon city clerk on an application provided by the city clerk, requesting that the area described in the application be designated "resident parking only."

This section does not prohibit the city of Fallon from designating certain city streets or portions of city streets residential parking only.
