§ 9.44.020. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine in a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars or be imprisoned in the city jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
