§ 9.28.040. Commission of act in public place interfering with peaceful conduct of activities.

A.

A person shall not commit any act in a public place which interferes with the peaceful conduct of activities normally carried on in the public place.

B.

Any person whose conduct is prohibited by subsection A. who refuses to leave the public place upon the request of a city officer or, having left the public property upon an officer's request, returns thereto within twenty-four hours is guilty of a misdemeanor.
