§ 9.10.020. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine in a sum not to exceed one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the city jail for a term not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
