§ 9.18.010. Indecent exposure or language and impersonating a person of the opposite sex prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person in any street, alley, saloon, ballroom or in any public place within the city, within the view or hearing of any person, to wantonly expose his person, or to conduct himself in a lewd, licentious or indecent manner.
