§ 8.16.110. Rates—Billing procedure—City clerk duties.

The city clerk shall maintain a list showing all persons liable for the charges provided in Section 8.16.100, and the city clerk shall issue bills therefor monthly and shall collect them the same as other city funds. When appropriate, such charge shall be added to the city's bill for water or electricity, or both, against the person liable therefor and shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner.
