§ 8.04.170. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment of not to exceed six months in the city jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each act in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
