§ 8.04.080. Owner may request hearing—Filing time.

The persons to whom the notices are directed, or their duly authorized agents, may file a written request for hearing before the city council within the three-day period of compliance prescribed in Section 8.04.060 for the purpose of defending the charges by the city.
