§ 6.16.030. Animals—Owner redemption following sale permitted when—Costs.

  • All animals sold at public auction as required by Section 6.16.020 shall be subject to redemption by the owner (on proof of ownership) within three months from the date of sale, by paying to the purchaser the amount of the purchase price with fifty percent added thereto; provided, that the percentage added shall in no case be less than seven dollars and fifty cents for each animal.
