§ 6.12.100. Rabies emergency—Extension authorized when.

If at or near the end of the first or any subsequent thirty-day emergency period the mayor believes the emergency continues to exist, he may extend the emergency period from time to time for additional thirty-day periods until the emergency no longer exists.
