§ 6.08.140. Dangerous dog—License revocation required—Destruction of dog required when.

A.

Any dog license may be revoked if the licensed dog is found to be dangerous.

B.

Any dog whose license has been revoked upon the ground that it is a dangerous dog may be destroyed forthwith.
