§ 5.48.140. Convention and tourism authority—Budgeted monies held in separate accounts.

A.

The city council shall annually budget and set aside, to be held in a separate account, the amount received by the city council pursuant to Subsection 5.48.030(A)(2) for use by the city convention and tourism authority for the purposes described in Subsection 5.48.030(A)(2) and Subsection 5.48.130(E).

B.

The city council shall annually budget and set aside, to be held in a separate account, amounts determined by the city council for use by the city convention and tourism authority for the purposes described in Subsection 5.48.130(F).
