§ 5.40.050. Pledged property—Minimum holding period.

No property received in pledge by any pawnbroker shall be removed from his place of business, except when redeemed by the owner thereof, within four days after the receipt thereof shall have been reported to the chief of police as provided in Section 5.40.040.
