§ 5.36.030. Junk storage-Conditions.

Junk may be kept or stored within the city upon lots approved by the city council for such usage after due and legal notice of inten- tion so to do; provided, that such lots shall be entirely surrounded by a fence of not less than six feet in height and constructed of such materials as shall keep the contents of such lots hidden from the view of passersby.
