§ 5.04.140. Penalty for delinquent payment.

In all cases where the required license fee has not been paid within thirty days after the same shall be due and payable as provided in this chapter, the city clerk shall cause to be endorsed thereon a penalty of fifty percent of the amount of the license fee due and payable and no licenses subject to a penalty shall be issued until all fees and penalties shall be paid.
