§ 5.04.080. License fee-Designated-Yearly increases.

  • A.

    Except as otherwise provided in this title, every person who engages in a business within the city shall pay a license fee determined as follows:

    1.

    For gross receipts between $0 and $24,999, the fee shall be $50;

    2.

    For gross receipts between $25,000 and $99,999, the fee shall be $100;

    3.

    For gross receipts between $100,000 and $249,999, the fee shall be $150;

    4.

    For gross receipts between $250,000 and $499,999, the fee shall be $200;

    5.

    For gross receipts between $500,000 and $749,999, the fee shall be $250;

    6.

    For gross receipts between $750,000 and $999,999, the fee shall be $300; and

    7.

    For each additional $500,000 of gross receipts, the fee shall be increased by $125.

    B.

    The fee schedule in subsection A of this section shall be effective beginning in the calendar year 1992.
