§ 2.28.090. Election supplies and list of qualified electors required—City clerk duty.

  • The city clerk shall arrange for all necessary ballots and election supplies and shall also have delivered by the county clerk to the inspectors of election on or before the election day of each election year, a list of the qualified electors registered within the city; and all persons whose names appear upon the list and who are, on the day of election, qualified electors of the city, shall be entitled to vote at such election.
