§ 2.28.070. Notice of election—Publication and contents required.

The city clerk shall cause to be published not less than ten days before the holding of any such election, in a newspaper of general circulation published within the city, a notice of such election, setting forth the ordinance proposed for adoption, a list of the polling places and the names of the officers of the election for each ward, and no further notice shall be required in connection with such election or any matter pertaining thereto.
