§ 2.20.120. Voting after change of residence—Sworn statement required.

  • Any person entitled to vote at a primary or general city election who shall change his place of residence after registering to vote and before the date of the election, may vote in the ward in which he resides on the day of the election by filing with the election board, a sworn statement, setting forth:

    A.

    The registered voter's name;

    B.

    His prior address;

    C.

    His current address;

    D.

    The date of moving from the ward in which he is registered;

    E.

    That he has not voted for a candidate in the ward from which he has moved;

    F.

    That the move from the prior ward was made in good faith;

    G.

    That he has no present intention to return to this prior ward.
