§ 2.12.110. Subdivision plats—Approval and recordation authority.

If maps or plats filed pursuant to the preceding section shall meet with approval of the city engineer, he shall submit a report thereon to the city council, and when the council has, in turn, approved such maps or plats and accepted the dedications therein contained, the city engineer shall file one copy in his office and record the other in the office of the county recorder.
