§ 2.12.090. Surveys—Maps and field notes to be kept on file.

The city engineer shall keep in his office certified copies of all the field notes, maps or profiles which relate to the city surveys, waterworks, sewers, irrigation system, electric system, streets or sidewalks and all other engineering works and he shall arrange and index them in such a manner as will enable a ready reference thereto, and all shall be the property of the city.
